LWS has access to a very skilled and abled workforce in Serbia as it has some of the best machining and engineering faculties including aerospace academy in southeast Europe. Once the LWS selection process has been completed, all of our engineers and workforce will undergo a training and skills process at HQ in UK.

Hundreds and thousands are spent on training and skills enhancement in the UK every year. Once this training process is completed we can then build our customer’s products in our facility at LWS with our skilled workforce. We can then pass the low cost benefits to our customers and their bottom line.
